Episode 6: Becoming My Conditioned Self

Conditioning is where you change from being natural to being normal. You conform to what you learn from those around you, as to what is acceptable, not acceptable, what others expect of you, and what others say that you did that was wrong, that you were to blame for and responsible for.

Your conditioned self started to come to be, the moment your natural soul expression was not accepted. And each time you experienced the disconnection of energy and non-acceptance of who you are, you took on board the processing of the person or people, and you began to suppress aspects of yourself, including your natural soul expression. You began to protect yourself from judgment and hurt and you created layers. And each time you created a layer, you continued to become your conditioned self – your normal self, as opposed to your natural self – your true self.


You will:

  • Explore what conditioning is 
  • Explore how you become your conditioned self
  • Know how your conditioning, results in you creating layers of protection and suppression around your soul self
